Ashley Frese will be returning to Woodson for her third year, this year as Head Coach. Ashley rowed competitively at Robinson High School and graduated from George Mason University. She has coached high school rowing for five years, and during the 2008 season led the Woodson's Men's team as the Varsity Men's Coach. She is a Registered Nurse assigned to the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Fairfax Inova Hospital. Ashley's uncontained enthusiasm for her sport and her rowers is infectious, and she leads the cheering section as her boats come down the river on regatta days.
