1. CCI Crew Sportswear Store is OPEN until 22 November
The WT Woodson Crew Spirit Wear store is now
open!!!! You can shop in the convenience of your own home with your
personal credit card. Please be aware that you are not required to purchase spirit wear.
You will purchase the uniform separately - approximately $125. Your rower will be measured for that order sometime in January. I will
require a check before I order the uniform. The store will be open until Sunday, November 22nd. The items will be delivered the week of December 7th.
So you will have the items before the winter break. I have a few items
at my house for sizing questions. If you want to bring your rower,
please email or call me and we can arrange a time for you to come by. The Under Armour sweatshirt did run large last year. There are 2 new
items, a rugby shirt and the blanket. The crew gear bag is also a new
style since the old one was discontinued. It is a little larger. Each
rower receive a white t-shirt as a part of the registration
fee. It will say Woodson Crew
and can be worn on spirit days and to WTW white outs! It will be given
to your rower after dues have been paid. Shirts will be delivered
after the winter break. (I will take an order for shirts, for
rowers and parents who wish to purchase additional shirts, before we
place the order.)
The
“Splash” jacket that some of the rowers wear on the water is NOT part
of this spirit wear order. That jacket is made by the same company that
makes the uniforms. More information will follow on that later. The
following items can be personalized with your rowers information: The
bag and the soft shell jacket. The cost of this embroidery is included
in the cost of the item. The jacket is usually embroidered on the arm
with the rowers last name and graduation year. You will be asked for
that information when placing the order. The bag is usually embroidered
with the rowers first and last name and the graduation year. You do
not have to order the embroidery and you do not have to do what I
suggest. It is your choice, just ask your rower what they would like. The socks may not arrive before Christmas. The design is stitched in the sock and the process takes a little longer.
