WTW Crew Team Pre-Regatta Dinner

*Seniors – No food assignments – Come & enjoy! Do not bring food/drinks listed below… 
*Senior Parents (only) – Join us to celebrate Senior Night! 
*Non-seniors –Please remember your item below/$/gifts – Parents ask your rower about this!

Reminder that all athletes should bring a refillable water bottle to each Regatta & that the Friday dinners end at 9:00 pm – please plan accordingly. Thank you! 

*All Varsity Coxswains should bring a bag of ice directly to the river on Sat. (disregard below) *
* Other non-racing Coxswains no ice this week - please follow below *

Food and Drink Assignments: 1 per athlete (not/family) & changing weekly by Last Name:

Becker – HayesMain Dish - must be cooked and ready to eat. Can be veggie pasta salads, noodle dishes, brown rice, etc. Proteins like grilled chicken are very popular. Disposable dishes preferred. Please bring large quantities – 10-12 servings
Hissong – HoskinsVeggies for 15+ – cut, cleaned, ready to eat Friday evening
Hundley – Khattab1 case of 24++ water bottles – chilled if possible for Friday
Kim – KornFruit – cut, cleaned, ready to eat Friday evening. Fruit bowl is fine.
Kutia – McAlevy1 dz. Chilled Single Serve Milks (Nesquik chocolate popular) for Friday
McCarthy – Moran1 dz. Muffins/Bread – homemade a favorite – for RAFT
Mullet – Perina1 dz. Individual Baggies of Cleaned Fruit for RAFT – Please no fruit bowls. Grapes, apples, strawberries, clementines, bananas, pineapple, etc.
Perry1 XL Jar (18 oz.+) Grape Seedless Jam – for RAFT
Rodriquez – Rollins3 loaves each of Whole Wheat Bread for RAFT
Sarratt2 Bags of Pita Bread
Schmidt – Shurburg½ lb. Ham & ½ lb. Turkey – sliced cold cuts/lunch meat for RAFT
Smith – TaheriCake for Senior Night – Watch for an email with details….
Togersen – AhnNo items required this week. Thanks for supporting & be ready for next week!

ALL ROWERS ARE ASKED TO PARTICPATE!  PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE BROUGHT TO THE FRIDAY DINNER.  THE CAPTAINS WILL GET THE REGATTA FOOD TO THE RIVER.  IF YOUR ROWER WILL NOT BE AT THE DINNER, PLEASE SEND WITH ANOTHER ROWER OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DROP OFF AT HOST HOME. 

ALL ARE NEEDED TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESS!
