1.  UNIFORMS AND SPIRIT WEAR

  • UNIFORMS
    • The cost is $120 for the uni and the shirt.  Make check payable to W.T.Woodson Crew Boosters. This is not included in the cost of membership and will require a check before ordering.  The uniform is a uni suit— each athlete needs to be measured by us for custom fit, and we need to order soon for the order to be ready by the first regatta!  You can see the team wearing them on the web site.  There is also a long sleeve tech shirt that is worn over the suit. The uni and the tech shirt are mandatory uniforms for participating in regattas.  We will notify you of the days we will be measuring, athletes may bring the check on that day or you may bring payment to the 11 Feb Parent Meeting or mail the check to Tu'lann,  9105 Meadow Rue Lane, Annandale, VA  22003.
    • We will be measuring for uniforms this week.   If you are able to help with this endeavor, please email and let me know what day you can help.  My email is tulannvonc@cox.net.  Thanks in advance.
  • There is also a regatta (splash) jacket with our logo that can be ordered through JL Racing (view at https://www.jlracing.com/tab.4.html).  This is totally optional, it is not a part of the uniform.  The cost of this is $138.  If you are interested in the jacket, email size and submit payment to Tu'lann, tulannvonc@cox.net.
  • Returning rowers may purchase a new uni ($75) or tech shirt ($45).  Please email Tu'lann if your athlete needs to order and be measured for a new uni or needs to order a new tech shirt, include size, submit payment to Tu'lann.
  • SPIRIT WEAR
    • We are also going to place another order for the white t-shirts.  Each rower that has registered and paid should have gotten one.  Those that paid after November 17th will receive one from the next order. If your rower wants another shirt, you can order one for $12. (they are white)  Parents can also place orders for the shirts for the same cost.  These extra shirts must be pre-paid.  Send an email with your sizes and then send a check made payable to WT Woodson Crew, to 9105 Meadow Rue Lane, Annandale, VA  22003.  Email is tulannvonc@cox.net.  Only pre-paid will be ordered.
    • The spirit wear website will be open next week for purchases.  Dates will be sent in an email.
    • The socks have arrived!!!!!  Socks will be delivered to practice when uni's are measured.
    • Magnets, window stickers and extra socks will be available for purchase at the parent meeting.  You can also pay for uniforms, jackets, white t-shirts at the parent meeting 11 Feb, bring your checkbook.
