1. Practice Thurs/Fri/Sat
  • Thursday 4/21 - 2 hour early release, Practice 4-6:30, Bus Service departs WTW at 3:30. 
  • Friday 4/22 - No School, Practice 4-6:30, NO BUS SERVICE 
  • Saturday 4/23 - No Women's team practice, Men to St. Andrews. 
2. Men's Team Only - St Andrew's - Noxontown Regatta

Saturday, April 23rd, 2016, Forms and payment due no later than Thursday.
  • If you have not already, please complete your paperwork for this Saturday’s regatta. All paperwork and checks must be received by Thursday, 4/21. Remember you and your rower both have to sign the Parental Authorization form and the Student Rules of Conduct. Please also fill out both Part I and Part II of the Field Trip Luggage Search Form. 
  • Checks and paperwork can be mailed to or dropped off at the home of Caitlin Shear: 8932 Falling Creek Court, Annandale, VA 22003. There is a box on the front porch marked for WTW Crew. Please call Caitlin at (703) 638-4837, or email wtwcrewactivities@gmail.com, if you have questions. 
  • Bus Departs WTW at 7am - arrive no later than 6:30am. 
  • Required forms: 
    • Parental authorization and acknowledgement of risk for field trip (signed by both parent and student) 
    • ​Field Trip Luggage Search Form (please sign both sections)​ 
    • Student rules of conduct form (signed by both parent and student) 
    • Check for $80 payable to WT Woodson Crew Boosters​ 
    • ​​Crew Student Medication Form - Use this form if medication is self-administered (no supervision required), prescription or over the counter. (Do not turn this form in with other paperwork, put completed form and medication, labeled and in original containers, in a clear ziplock bag, in athlete's carry on bag.)​ 
    • ​​Field Trip Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance Information (complete only if parent driving own vehicle to regatta) 
    • ​FCPS ​Medication Authorization -​ We recently learned that this form is not applicable to our away regattas since we are a club. If medication must be administered to your child during this trip, please plan to attend the regatta to control and administer medications. 
3. No pre-regatta dinner this Friday. No local VASRA regatta this Saturday.
  • Next dinner will be 29 April (food assignments will be announced in next update). 
  • The Al Urquia Regatta will be held at Sandy Run, 30 April.

5. Stotesbury and Nationals - Forms and information packets for Stotes and Nationals have not been released to the team. As soon as the packets are finalized with school they will be emailed and available on our webpage, www.wtwcrew.org.
