Boathouse & Chuckwagon Clean-Up is tomorrow, Saturday, 10 June from 9-11am. We still have several slots available and hope you will join us (if you haven't signed up already). This is a great way to get your remaining volunteer hours in for the season and to ensure we end the season well. Please sign-up on the Sign-up Genius site.

After the Boathouse and Chuckwagon Clean-Up, we will gather tomorrow night to celebrate our terrific racing season, say goodbye to our seniors, and also prepare for next year’s adventures.

As you know, we have solicited interest to serve on the WTW Crew Boosters Board and in other volunteer positions – and we are happy to report that we have had a good response. Many of our parents have agreed to step up and fill critical roles – your willingness and enthusiasm is encouraging. And for those who have not yet been contacted or have yet to determine where they would like to contribute, there are still openings, too! Tomorrow night we will elect 11 members for one-year terms, including the Executive Board and the Committee Chairs, as set forth in our By-laws. Thanks to your support, the Nominating Committee is able to present a full slate of candidates, listed below. Further nominations may be taken from the floor or proposed via write-in during the meeting. While tomorrow we will elect 11 volunteers – we want to recognize and express our gratitude for ALL of our volunteers, as there are literally dozens of key needs to meet for our rowers and coxswains to have that incredible WTW Crew experience. Pull for Woodson!
