You may bring the form to the Parents’ Meeting on 15 February or mail/drop off the forms to:

The cost for bus riders is $450 which includes Spring Break. Space is limited. Registrations accepted on first-come-first-serve basis. In previous years, bus filled up and riders were turned away. Payment and Bus Registration Agreement form is due in full by 17 February to the WTW Treasurer. Payments can be made at the On-the-Water meeting on 15 February.

In order for WTW Crew Boosters to provide bus transportation to practices, each trip to and from the river must have a parent chaperone. Every bus rider family must chaperone at least one time per rower. Sign up: Practice Bus Sign Up Genius.

6. US ROWING WAIVER – Rowing waivers expire every December 31st. Although most rowers/parents have signed a waiver for 2017, as of Sunday the 12th seventeen rowers still had not signed the waiver for this year. Either Coach Fitz or membership contacted these rowers and/or their parents individually over the weekend to remind them to sign the waiver. If you are uncertain whether your rower’s waiver is signed for 2017, please contact membership at wtwcrewmembership@gmail.com Rowers are not allowed on the water to practice until the waiver is signed.
