4. REMINDER: The coaches want to know what you think! All athletes (even graduating seniors) are encouraged to fill out the 2016-17 WT Woodson Athlete Exit Survey. Thank you to those who have already filled out the survey and we encourage those who haven’t to take a few minutes to respond and make Woodson Crew even better!

5. Summer Health and Fitness Tips. If you are thinking about how to stay fit over the summer, rowing camps and programs are a great option. Although the WTW Crew Boosters don’t endorse any in particular, we have many listed on our Camps / Rowing Programs / Colleges page and there are programs run out of Sandy Run such as Resilient Rowing, Occoquan Boat Club, and Sandy Run Scullers. It is also important to eat healthy over the summer so you are ready for Green Days in the fall and Winter Conditioning. We have links to some helpful resources on our Resources & Useful Links tab of our website. In particular, here are a few links to hydration tips and how to enhance the flavor of your healthy cooking.
