  • Hours: 10 AM - 4PM. Set up 6:30 am - 9:30 am Saturday.
  • Absolutely no buy-sell, resale or kits. All items offered for sale must be handcrafted by the exhibitor.
  • Each crafter is responsible for the collection and submission of Virginia sales tax.
  • Displays should be professional in appearance and fit within the assigned space. Tables should be draped to within one (1) inch of the floor. Children under 10 years of age and pets are not permitted in the individual display areas during the show.
  • You may not be in the same location to which you have been assigned in past shows. We make every attempt to honor requests for specific booth spaces, but final layout will be dependent on the number of participants.
  • Space sizes: Main and Auxiliary (small) Gym spaces: 10' x 10', Hallway spaces: 5' x 20'

CHECK IN FIRST at DOOR 3. (There is a large ROCK on the grass near this Door)

Please email woodsoncraftshow@gmail.com if you need significant assistance in unloading/moving your materials so we can be sure to direct our helpers as needed.

UNLOADING:
  • HALL Vendors # 1 - 22, should use DOOR 2. (A Handicapped Entrance at DOOR 1, can also be used)
  • HALL Vendors #23 - 31, may use DOOR 3.
  • SMALL GYM (SG) Vendors have the option of using either DOOR 3, OR DOOR 6, which is on the side of the building and comes into the back of the Gym. Once you have seen your space after Check In, you can decide which DOOR you would like to use. (DOOR 6 does have 9 Steps to Navigate.)
  • GYM Vendors should use DOOR 3 or DOOR 5.
PARKING AFTER UNLOADING:
  • All Vendor vehicles will be directed to PARK on the LEFT SIDE of the School, which is after DOOR 3, and on the side of the School where DOOR 6 is located.
  • It is very important to PARK there, because the FRONT Parking Lot needs to be available for Customers. SPECIAL REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
CUSTOMERS ENTER AT DOOR 2 AND PROCEED THROUGH ALL OF THE SPACES AND BOTH GYMS, BEFORE EXITING AT DOOR 3.

LUNCH FOR VENDORS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT OUR CONCESSION STAND. WE WILL HAVE STUDENT RUNNERS FOR FREE DELIVERY, IF YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR BOOTH!

COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE DURING THE 6:30-9:30AM SET-UP TIME.

Guest wi-fi is available. Follow the prompts to download the guest app from FCPS.
