Craft Show

Traditionally our second largest fundraiser, the WTW Crew Boosters Association sponsors the annual WTW Holiday Happenings Craft Fair in November. This event requires multiple volunteers for the overall event including logistics, vendor, publicity, bake sale, and concessions coordination. Proceeds include food concessions and baked good sales during the event. We will ask for donations of baked goods. We coordinate food concessions with the WTW Athletic Boosters Club, with our club receiving half of the proceeds. We need Student-athletes and parents to assist in set up Friday night and to work and tear down on Saturday. Student-athletes and parents who participate in designated work-shifts receive one credit per shift toward their mandatory fundraising requirements.

We invite you to participate in the 25th Annual Holiday Happenings Craft Show!

Sponsored by WTW Crew Boosters

November 4, 2017, 10 AM - 4 PM.

The show will again be held in W.T. Woodson High School. The Holiday Happenings Craft Show is a juried show and decisions are based on handmade origin, creativity, marketability, and quality of workmanship as evidenced by your photos. The committee also strives to achieve a balance between the different craft media so that we present an event that has a broad appeal to the public. Artisan exhibitors must be the originator/creator of the items being sold.

This show has THREE UNIQUE FEATURES; There Is NO ADMISSION FEE for shoppers, ELECTRICITY is included in the booth fee and best of all, STUDENT ATHLETES are available to assist crafters with loading and unloading their supplies!
